Overall Satisfaction with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

We are a big customer for Red Hat, we are running RHEL, OpenStack, and AAP.

Pros

  • Our entire distributed platform runs on RHEL.
  • Our internal cloud runs on Openstack /RHEL.
  • We have many instance running RHEL.
  • We running AAP on RHEL.

Cons

  • When we switch to Linux 7 to 8 we see issue with Selinux.
  • Some of customers using legacy ftp we need support.
  • It is above my level. but my overall feedback excellent.
It is an enterprise-grade OS—no doubt about it.
Red Hat provides excellent support for RHEL.
