We had a need to centralize and standardize our Customer, Location, and Contact data across multiple business lines and systems. With Reltio Connected Data Platform, we are building a single source of truth for all of our CLC data that will be the source of data for multiple users and systems.
- Flexibility in creating entities, and the relationships between them
- Ease of operation and administration
- Ease of navigation in the UI
- Some of the administrative functions cannot currently be done via the Console UI
- Consolidation and standardization of data into a central MDM platform has increased the usability of our data and the trust in our data.

We felt Reltio had the best user experience, with flexible graph database technology and a customizable UI. Also important was the ability to look at historical snapshots to see relationships as they existed as of a previous date.
