We are using Reltio for enriching vendor and customer data with D&B information like duns number, D&B hierarchy, partner demographics etc which helps business in building trusted data and also helps in setting up custom hierarchy, Customer vendor integration using household concept ; Seamless integration with SFDC allows users to use UI or import for bulk updates. We also able to consolidate legacy customers data from over 5 systems with ease using match merge survivorship techniques.

We are currently migrating from IBM Initiate MDM platform to SAAS MDM Reltio Connected Data Platform. Using for person domain to de-duplicate/enrich/cleanse our in house data so that this enriched data can be used by product/marketing/sales team to create up-sell and cross-sell promotions. As a future road map we are planning to integrate with multiple domains with the enterprise. Having cross domain integration can help more helpful to the team who can utilize customer 360 view and create required dashboards that drive.
