Overall Satisfaction with Reltio Connected Data Platform
We use Reltio Connected Data Platform to master customer data across several different platforms. Reltio Connected Data Platform helps us to ensure that we only have one version of a customer profile. We also use the integration capabilities and APIs to share this mastered view of the customer with other systems. The goal is to ensure that every system that interacts with customer data is working from the same version.
- API/event based patterns
- Graph database under the hood
- Merge rules
- Could be a little more performant. It's not slow but some requests are slightly too slow to be customer-facing.
- Invest more in the data quality functionality.
- Better interface for permission management.
- Too soon to tell!
