Overall Satisfaction with Responsive

Responsive is absolutely essential to managing RFPs (request for proposal). Not only does it provide a single source of truth for content, it makes managing the content much easier. The tagging and filtering helps weed through the clutter to find answers quickly and easily. The new AI features are also a game changer in terms of editing for size and audience.

  • Import engine makes loading the RFP easier than ever.

Cons

  • Merge tags are not easy to understand
  • Templates do not always work without heavy formatting at the end.
  • Time savings
  • Trust in content
  • AI to expand or simplify content
We are getting things set up now and I'm excited to see it work with our data.
We do not use it for workflows.
In my experience, the other solutions out there just don't stack up to the capabilities of Responsive.

The tool is well suited if all people use it as intended. Getting people out of G-Drive and Teams versions can be dificullt.
