Pros
- The ability to manage a complex RFP in a browser format.
- AI layer has supported efficient answering.
- Ability to add tags to organise content
Cons
- Account management and the ability to link with regional contacts in the correct timezone.
- Better "live" training sessions to engage new users. There is a real lack of "train the trainer" sessions.
- There are still occasions when loading an excel RFP is too cumbersome i.e. multiple sub questions etc.
- It is difficult to measure the ROI for AI. Standard reports unavailable.
- Increase efficiency if the project has been loaded with ease. We get resistance from bid writers if the bid is tricky to load.
