Overall Satisfaction with Review Trackers
My health care client uses Review Trackers to monitor online review sites. It is used for the entire organization and alleviates the problem of not being able to dedicate staff to monitor reviews.
Pros
- Alert to all online reviews.
- Makes it possible to respond quickly in the event of a negative review.
- Very user friendly.
Cons
- I cannot think of a way to improve Review Trackers. It meets my clients' needs perfectly.
- Better customer service.
- Go Fish Digital and Reputation Management
Suits our needs better. Better price.
