The application works well within a sales project management environment. Can't think of a specific scenario where the application wouldn't be appropriate other than maybe an environment where the volume and turnover of cases is large and quick.

Using RightNow

I would have said 10 because I really like the tool, but that decision is not mine. I've used Access before RightNow. This tool was selected by our leaders before I joined the group so I did not have a say in choosing the tool.
