Overall Satisfaction with Rimini Street

  • 1099 Regulatory
  • Break/Fix solutions
  • Other services as necessary (although, we did not utilize any of these)

Cons

  • More stateside support resources
  • Seems like we had several issues that were not resolvable or followed through for resolution.

  • Half the cost of Oracle Support
  • Maintained regulatory need for Tax/1099 Updates for our out of Oracle Support
  • Negative - dropping Oracle Support, we lost the KB search from Oracle along with opportunities to update our system.
We did not use them for any software per se. We did use them for 1099 Regulatory Updates.

Rimini Street was great at providing us TAX Updates (when we utilized HCM) and has been great to handle 1099 for our FSCM Solution.
