Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral MVP
RingEX is used as our in-office phone. It also routes our in-office phone to our cell phones on a "round robin" when we are out. It is our fax machine...linked directly to our email. It also can take messages for us to our email but we just have the person leave those on our cell phones.
- Great customer service when we need a little help.
- Perfect for an office. I couldn't have asked for a better phone system to have set up.
- Us being able to pre-record everything through their system and change it so easily is fantastic (call intros, voice mails etc.).
- The voice mail to email could be a little better sometimes. We do not get them to our email when it says there is one out there.
- It has been nothing but positives since the company started using it. We are able to stay connected at all times with customers and never miss a call or fax.
