Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use RingEX mostly for voice calls in the office. We also receive multi-factor authentication codes from various websites.
- System is relatively stable and reliable
- The phones are intuitive and easy to use
- The application interface is easy to use.
- Direct phone calls were not arriving from external callers
- Internal calls could not be transferred.
- Process for approving SMS messaging was cumbersome and confusing.
- In today's flexible, hybrid work environment RingEX provides a great solution to route calls to employees whether they are in the office, working remote or travelling.
Rather than using personal phones for multi-factor authentication we use RingEX to manage verification codes.
RingEX has many more features than a standard desktop phone system. It can be accessed from anywhere and in today's work environment this is absolutely critical for a phone system.
