Overall Satisfaction with RippleMatch
RippleMatch has been a fantastic tool to increase our access to diverse talent across the US. We use RippleMatch for internship opportunities within our STEM fields. The partnership with RippleMatch has allowed us to create relationships with students at schools that we don't typically recruit from. We have seen increases in retention due to the usage of this tool.

- Incredible bench of diverse talent.
- Accessibility to client representative within 24 hours (usually within 4-5).
- It would be great if they had greater talent post-grad part of their platform.
- Integration into ATS.
- Ability to host events through portal and receive information of attendees.
- Allowed us to convert much of the RippleMatch talent into STEM areas.
