Overall Satisfaction with Riskified

My company utilizes Riskified as our online order fraud screening vendor, which helps to minimize the manual work of reviewing orders for fraudulent activity. Our teams are highly interactive with each other in order to communicate needs as fraud trends emerge, and Riskified is able to quickly adjust their models to capture and address. After implementing Riskified, we have minimized our fraud loss numbers from online traffic. For 2021 fiscal year, we had 110.5M orders processed by Riskified with a 0.03% chargeback rate. We continue to see improved approval rates year over year as a whole.

  • It would be beneficial to be able to utilize more data within Riskified's model across the industry while being able to keep the clients anonymous.
  • Work towards a platform where point of sale transactions could be potentially screened and incorporated into the screening process.
  • Riskified has continued to outperform the contractual SLA approval rate by 0.5% for fiscal 2022, which has contributed to more approved transactions and a lower callback rate into our call center by an estimated 30%
Riskified does an outstanding job of working with our team to customize our web app view (interactive tool) to make it suitable for our needs. They are always looking for innovative ways to make our process flow easy for our agents who utilize their tool and for a better customer experience when orders are screened.
Riskified has helped us move forward with introducing our Marketplace online as we have confidence in their fraud screening capabilities with high-risk product selections. Some segments, when first implemented, can take some time for their model to adjust and adapt to the segment, but Riskified is great about continually updating their models to enhance performance in all areas.
Riskified has steadily outperformed our previous screening vendor year after year. We continue to see improvements in our approval rates, callback rate, and chargeback rate, as well as a continued effort to improve their products for the most effectiveness possible. Riskified's chargeback guarantee offers the assurance of their support and trust in their products and team.

Riskified does an outstanding job of taking feedback from us and making improvements to their web app interactive tool to meet our needs, whether it's adding a filter or adding new segments to be screened. They continually strive to make improvements to their tools and take initiative to be proactive in all situations.
