Overall Satisfaction with RocketReach

I use RocketReach to get the best contact people for the companies we want to reach out to. Usually, these are the Managing Directors, Partners, VPs or CFOs. For non-financial companies (strategic investors) I may contact the company owners or any other decision makers. I am also running the Chrome extension and sometimes find the person's email address when I open the LinkedIn profile, which is extremely helpful.

  • Sometimes the quality of email addresses is so bad thar once instead of contacting a potential investor I literally contacted the policeman
The extension is perfect for finding the info about the company whose website I have open in my laptop, but in some cases it is hard to get rid of the icon. It is located specifically in a place where the majority of websites put action button. So, I can't press this button sometimes because of the RR icon on top.

I think RocketReach has the most extensive database out of all the other programs, but does not have the most up to date info. For example, I am almost confident that Apollo's emails would reach the person that I want to reach, but with RocketReach I can get up to 35 bounced back emails out of a 100 sent out.

RocketReach is very helpfull in cases where I only have the website or LinkedIn Page of the company I want to reach out to, but no contact information. RocketReach helps do some digging and get in touch with the target business. It does not provide any financial insight on the entity, a lot of companies do not have info of important C-Suit, but just general employees.
