Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Roomzilla at our co-working space anytime we need to book a conference room. It's really easy to see which conference room is available based on what we need, whether that be video conferencing capabilities or just a small conference room for a quick 1:1. It's offered through the portal that the co-working space uses, so it's pretty seamless to use anytime we need to book a conference room.

Makes it easy to book a room
Clearly identifies which rooms have technological capabilities
Sends a calendar invite so I can add it to my calendar

Cons

Sometimes I forget to check in the room and I lose the reservation

Last time spent on administrative tasks.
Clarity of what's booked and comfort of knowing I got the right time because it syncs with my calendar.

Usability

Generally a very friendly user experience. The only issue I have with it is that I have to log into the portal of my co-working space in order to access it, but that's because of the co-working space's website configuration, not Roomzilla.

If I know I have a meeting of 6 people and I'm going to need video conferencing capabilities, it's super easy to log on to the portal and figure out which room would be best suited for the meeting that we're going to have.
