Overall Satisfaction with Roomzilla

I am a program manager working in a busy office building with tons of shared space. I use Roomzilla to reserve space so that I always have the room I want to work in, before I get to the office. This platform allows me to login, search available rooms and make sure I have the room I need when I need it. I can also view the rooms ahead of time to make sure it has all the features I need.

Pros

  • Shows available space
  • Shows the breakdown of each room
  • Provides a picture of the space
  • Sends reminders to check-in/remove your reservation.

Cons

  • The mobile feature needs work.
  • Meet clients in a beautiful space
  • Makes scheduling simple
  • Takes very little time
It is very easy to use and understand.

I had a client meeting last week. I was able to search for rooms near the elevator based on size and amenities. Viewing the pictures allowed me to see if it was a sunny space which I find to help when having tough conversations.
