Overall Satisfaction with RXNT

RXNT is a great platform. It allows me to input not only my medical records, treatment plans, and goals, but also to coordinate with other providers. Providing a seamless integration process between providers in our practice. The layout is straightforward and can be customized to meet the individual's needs.

Pros

  • Allows for multiple diagnosis and the movement of those in order.
  • The ability to set macros for ease of use.
  • The ability to customize settings, forms, and choices.

Cons

  • Additional forms.
  • Ability and ease to upload paper forms.
  • Learning or information tutorials.
  • It allows me to quickly and easily chart.
  • Ease of use provides a time value.
  • Ability to duplicate forms is a nice feature.
Having used other systems, there are still items I would like to see added to this platform. Additional forms, understanding of how to load those forms into the system. Ability for clients to access those forms. And the ability to upload forms that are coming in externally. This would be helpful.

Works well in organizations with multiple providers, multiple role providers, and a variety of services and modalities. The platform has good customer support and a help line for ease of use in discussing issues, problems, or needs. Overall, it is a platform that is easily navigated and has good support.
