Overall Satisfaction with Sage Accounting

We use it to prepare our client's books in order for them to then be used to create financial statements. This allows use to get the clients bookkeeping needs up to date.

Pros

  • Consolidating different bank accounts
  • Ease of Use
  • Fast and Reliable

Cons

  • Just a general overhaul of the look
  • The cashbook to be able to make bigger or smaller
  • Multi-Window so that you can capture more in one go and see the net effect before updating.
  • Efficiency
  • Quick Decision Making
  • Able to quick identify what debtors are outstanding and what is collectable for a certain month
Sage is much easier to use and does not have confusing language for income and expenses i.e. Bills on both Quickbooks and Xero. Using journals is also much easier as these other two programs making it hard to find.

All business scenarios are well suited to make use of Sage Accounting and the less appropriate is that sometimes the inventory is difficult to manage unless proper training is done.
