Overall Satisfaction with Sage Accounting

We use Sage for our business accounting software.

Pros

  • Cloud Based
  • Starting to Incorporate useful AI features
  • Helpful Real-time Support when required

Cons

  • Would like to have more scope for personalising invoicing
  • AI Co-Pilot needs a lot of work, untrustworthy
  • Bank Feed to update more frequently
  • Emailing of Sage invoices to our designated email address (as an option to the normal download). Two-Step has made it hard to change Admin personell
  • To input Purchase Credit Notes via AI
  • Able to Manage Invoicing and Cashflow Efficiently
  • New Product CoPilot seems premature / useless
  • Time saved from laborious inputting with Ai feature and Duplication
I would imagine it could be more user friendly, especially having to 'information find' on other tabs and platforms, it could be better integrated within the area of Sage you are using at the time.
I've no comparison. It's all new. But I have quite a bit of computer experience over the years with various careers.
