to have more tacking category to track income and expenses for any particular project

for small business it is good
for medium scale business it needs lot of improvement.

limited functionality and customer support was ok ; it was difficult to get timely support ; phone support was not available only via email we have to communicate ; design of report also needs improvement

Alternatives Considered

Xero and MYOB

used Xero and MYOB after Sage Accounting. Sage Accounting was used because we had Sage Payroll and it integrated with Sage Accounting . if you are using Sage Payroll and Accounting than importing journal is very easy and quick job

for basic accounting it is good if you want bank feed on regular basis , track income and expenses for particular project than it is difficult. one main difficulty was unable to attach documents to journals - manual journals . Asset reports were outdated and difficult to get information linking with other software like payroll , time and attendance , reporting software was difficult
