Overall Satisfaction with sales-i

The use of sales-i helps my organization in a different way as I will mention. 1: It helps our sales team to prepare for meetings, and could plan calls and contact management. 2: It helps our sales team to see a clear path for the lead funnel on each page. 3: It provides integration with our ERP.
  • It helps me to sell more and makes me more organized to prepare myself for sales calls
  • It helps to manage each lead in a proper manner and create a proper funnel of lead from suspects to get mature
  • It helps our sales team to create campaigns
  • As a user, I feel there should be a customer page for leads
  • As I user I can't say if it has a positive impact or a negative impact

The specific scenarios based on my experience where sales-i is well suited was that it helps to manage sales activity very easily and provides a better funnel for more sales and a clear path for every lead that comes in. As we deal in B2B and B2C so it is very necessary that every customer should be happy.
