Overall Satisfaction with Sales Performance Management solutions from SAP SuccessFactors

We use SPM solutions for both our onboarding and commission processing systems. Both integrate with each other and APM is our system of truth for broker.

Pros

  • Integration works very well
  • QB queries are very clear
  • Configurations are easily identified

Cons

  • It would be great if we had technical documents
  • Run books would be very helpful to determine what configurations are being updated or new so we can track all our changes
  • Great collaboration with SAP
  • Everything housed in two SAP platforms for ensuring that WF and APM are the system of truth
I believe that there have been many improvement for the usability; however, some of the updates seem to make our navigation more complex
