Some of the benefits we have obtained with SPM are standardization, centralized control in commission calculations, and natural integration with the S/4HANA Cloud. Our goal is to have a flexible and reliable tool that can solve the different cases we have in calculating commissions at Grupo La Moderna.

  • The tool could be more proactive regarding updates to satisfy the customer's new needs.
  • The configuration of the tool could be more powerful and intuitive.
  • The performance in general could be improved, especially in calculation time.
  • We are still in the implementation phase for other sales groups, but the incentive calculation efforts have diminished so far.
  • The tools put order and structure in commissions tasks.
  • It complements que SAP ecosystem in La Moderna.
We have great expectations about SPM; by now, we're just scratching the surface of its potential. The educational materials and consultants' support are crucial to achieving this goal.
