Salesforce Analytics is a great tool to leverage if you're already leveraging the reporting power of Salesforce. Depending on how data is recorded within your Salesforce CRM, you can use Analytics to gain greater insight into service or sales decision making within your customer base. As a business intelligence tool, Salesforce Analytics allows you to measure change and create actionable insight.

I haven't used comparable tools, other than Domo. And Domo as a BI tool is more geared at making high level inferences off raw data. Salesforce Analytics pulls in data from an existing Salesforce suite to make the inferences. But then you can make iterative changes, and track those changes with relation to ROI.
