Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics Cloud
My organization uses Salesforce to track business decisions and see how the company is doing as a whole. It is mainly used by the business analytics team, but other people in the company have access to it. It provides important information on how the company is doing and maybe where some weaknesses are.
- Easy to use interface
- Easy to look up clients
- Lots of valuable information
- Better integration with the normal Salesforce CRM
- Better training on how the app works
- Missing ability to truly customize the reports you want
I would say Marketo is the closest thing to Salesforce Analytics Cloud that I have experienced. I wasn't given the choice about selecting Salesforce Analytics Cloud, but I am satisfied with the decision because I find it very easy to use. It has many valuable features included that the organization uses to track business decisions.
