Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics Cloud

Salesforce is being used by my eCommerce Fulfillment department. We are able to run reports and get a better understanding of our performance, as well as get a better grasp on customer management.

Pros

  • We are able to better analyze how our reps are performing
  • We are able to run reports and increase our overall sales performance as a company

Cons

  • The only downside of Salesforce in general is the price
Salesforce Analytics is perfect if you working in a team environment. If you are looking to run performance reports on individual members, there is no better solution.
