We use Salesforce Analytics to track all our opportunities across all our different accounts, including stages and decision makers!
This helps us keep track of where a sale is in its cycle and what else needs to be done to close out the sale! The life cycle of a sale a great visual our reps for keeping up a good cadence!

- Helps supervisors glean visuals on what their sales reps are doing for each account.
- Shows you great visuals for where you are in the sales cycle.
- Helps sales forecast accurately on the status of a sale or sales.
- Sometimes the way information is showcased can be too much. It's a bit messy.
- Takes a while to set up.
- You sometimes get lost in the interface. It's a little clunky.
Honestly, this was a new one for us. I'm not entirely sure what was being used before this option to track the lifecycles of our sales. Maybe just a notes page from within salesforce?
