Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics Cloud

Salesforce helped us keep track of our assigned tasks. My contacts information is in one system, and it's convenient to contact them when needed. Reports and dashboards are a breeze as well, very user-friendly and easy to filter results. Creating graphs from the data into visual graphs is also very useful. It is easy to create graphs and manipulate your data into a visual form.

Also, it's convenient that different people within an organization can see whether anyone interacted with any customer so they can stay coordinated.

  • Onboarding is a bit rough in the beginning
  • Only useful with clean data. Tidy up your data if you need proper insights.
Great to see where sales have been coming from in a detailed manner. However not very suitable in campaigns which might change nature throughout its duration.
