Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics Cloud
Salesforce Analytics is a great tool to leverage if you're already leveraging the reporting power of Salesforce. Our company is currently using Salesforce Analytics Cloud to create and manage all our customers and we need something better than the standard Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide better information to our clients We are able to run reports and get a better understanding of our performance, as well as get a better grasp on customer management.

It's best for simple quick analytics. For more complex insights it takes a bit of manipulating. Salesforce Analytics Cloud is in its infancy, but the fact that it is built on the Salesforce platform is a big plus for any institution/organization using salesforce as its primary CRM. The ability to natively report and build analytics components on top of existing SFDC data is a huge plus without the need for any integration tools. Knowledge of JSON is also invaluable to integrate other data sources and edit the SFDC
