AI powered voice and SMS functionality until recently adopted new OB SMS based dialing platform. It addressed the ability to reach clients multi-channel at the time

Cons
- integration - all functionality within a single component
- visibility into use of specific features
- ROI due to current use of SalesForce for CRM
- stronger integration features needed
AS a dialing platofrm, CT integrates the necessary functionality compared to DMP with integration, but the AI piece is not there - but in comparison, AI was not explained nor valued when in use with DMP
