Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

AI powered voice and SMS functionality until recently adopted new OB SMS based dialing platform. It addressed the ability to reach clients multi-channel at the time

  • stronger integration features needed
AS a dialing platofrm, CT integrates the necessary functionality compared to DMP with integration, but the AI piece is not there - but in comparison, AI was not explained nor valued when in use with DMP

scenarios where it would be perfect are for large enterprise environments where AI driven insight is valuable. For smaller companies, more training/explanation of the features and insight would lead to higher adoption rates

time and effort for a SMB to implement was misleading, although promise of the solution was outstanding
Change management was a major issue with the implementation - following ITIL as a best practice, our sized org was not equipped to handle the change management portion despite it being a priority
