It solves lots of problems for our business such as 1. Easy to create reports, save those reports and transfer this data from salesforce to SalesLoft. 2. We can easily see a number of demo schedules delivered by the sales team. 3. It is a great tool to do lead, account, contact, and sales opportunity management.
- This tool is very user friendly.
- The UI and UX of the software are really attractive and easy to navigate throughout the software.
- Two-factor authentication.
- Lightning salesforce is not at all user-friendly and confusing as compared to the classic version.
- There is so much to offer by Salesforce that sometimes it is difficult to start the day to solve the actual problem statement. Dashboards are intuitive but extreme planning should be there before starting your day.

- Workflow Rules & Automation.
- ROI is really good for this product as we are able to make a lot of new business through this software.
- Negative impact - I would say that they can work on their pricing strategy as their price is really high compared to their competitors.
We find lots of challenges while using Pipedrive such as 1. Integrating with other software is not really good. 2. Data export feature is very confusing. 3. UI is not at all user-friendly. 4. Mobile applications have lots of bugs. 5. Salesforce is really good with respect to automation and account management stuff compare to other software.
