Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Genie

Following customer trends is very important in our organization as it is a security and networking company. Salesforce Genie helps in achieving real time customer data, which is very useful. Also, the reporting and analytics helps in attracting more customers thus increased sales and reach.

Because it is worth this, the analytics, reporting, CRM, security parameters, mobile support all make it this worth. Also, I personally believe it has high potential to grab customers attention and increase sales.
One stop solution for all your needs, it's easy to setup and work on. High on analysis and reporting. Minimal error scope and higher quality data analytics which exponentially leads to growth in sales.

Being a mid sized organization, the costing is achievable, but can’t say for those of startups. So I believe not suitable for small scale organizations and very well suited for large data analytics companies to gain market. Also, the maintenance is slightly difficulty and support for the product is comparatively slower than other similar products.
