Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Data Cloud

We have a lot of models that we also have in GCP and we work with it through the S functionality.

Pros

  • Integration with other systems is really working for us. Also having models developed in Data Cloud and then use for servers, Salesforce sales and for Marketing Cloud.

Cons

  • We could use more connectors to other software that we have in the company.
  • It's been really good because for example, now we can use some of the segmentation of our clients. We have all the models running in that cloud, so it's been easier for us having this information built and having the calculation of the segments that we want to use with clients.
We need to be a little technical to use the product.
Really, Data Cloud is impulsing or is helping us use agents because of the data that we have collected there and the functionality that we have.

It's really good when we are working in the Salesforce environment and having this combination of information from the sales part of it and the marketing part of it, that's really good. When we need to go to our transaction systems, that's what I'll do the improve.
