Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce is a customer Salesforce Enterprise record management tool. We use it to manage our contacts and accounts as well as create automations across departments. So this is a cross-functional tool for us. We use it from everywhere between recruiting to HR to business development, project management, and even time track.
Pros
- Salesforce is the tool of choice because it allows you to customize every single thing about it and any processes that don't currently exist, any fields that don't exist, they have made a way to easily, effectively create and bridge those gaps as well as an API that integrates with everything
Cons
- I would like to see a pricing more clarity around that. I feel that with the current way that they leverage account executives, pricing can flux from one place to another, even if there's no change in features, the amount of license or license type. And so more transparency contractually would be fantastic.
- It streamlined so much. I feel like the ROI is pretty high because otherwise if we didn't have this tool, the amount of personnel we'd have to to keep up with the day to day nitty gritty would probably be tripled.
