Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud
We are using Knowledge, the service console. We don't have the email two case yet and omnichannel, but we are using the community as well. Experience cloud and that it's very standard way.
Pros
- The community experience. This is very nice.
- The way you can customize the client interface and all the case management as well and everything. The Salesforce platform that we can use in Sales Cloud.
Cons
- I can't see any because I'm in love with Salesforce.
- Even if people don't like to put data in the system, they know that will help them after. So they play the game because Salesforce is part of our structure, the communication between departments and everything, so it's positive.
