Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud
We use it to track opportunities of the projects that we are tracking, so basically tracking opportunities on a real time basis, running a process on Salesforce. Tracking, tracking basically the engagement we have with the buyers. That's it.
Pros
- It sort of maintains the ground truth of all the buyer engagements that we have.
- It maintains a timeline of various stages of the process. So yeah, I think these are the two key items which are very, very helpful.
Cons
- Probably there could be cases where you can make bulk updates on certain parameters, like if you are tracking an opportunity which has say 15 buyer conversations, and if you make want to make an update across all of them, all 15 of them, and it's the same update, then probably there could be a bulk update feature there. Right now we don't have that. We need to individually go and make an update.
- It definitely has had a positive impact. It helps us track all the MA processes that we are running. All dashboards are updated on a real time basis, so we have that track record of what activity has gone into a particular transaction. So yeah, I mean it makes the whole organization very, very transparent and efficient.
