Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate

It has been used by the sales department. We use it for sales tracking, deals, contacts/company information and for calling our international clients. It has helped me alot as it stores all the needed information on one platform. Plus we can track the performance as an individual or together as a team. The interface is very easy and organised.

its good in the areas like calling, company details, deals, pipeline.
its good for calling, tracking deals, pipeline, contacts, company details. good to track performance, and also for recording all the data in one place. more helpful if working with a team on this app- ie. Salesmate. would recommend to my friends/ colleagues. Great for the detailed graphical presentation of performance.
It is very useful for sales department particularly. Very elaborate and easy software. one place to handle all your daily work. Best to track a deal/enquiry. can be useful when used in teams.
Some drawbacks are the page settings. When we hit back button the page does not stay in the exact same position but goes to the top. ie. companies page, if we enter a company and go back to the companies list, it jumps back to the top. its exhausting to keep scrolling
