Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba

We started using it for indirect spending management three years ago, and this solved many problems, such as mapping RFPs, auctions, contracts, documents, supplier data, etc. We are using Auctions effectively and Have Made much better savings than in-person discussions with suppliers.

  • Approval flows visibility.
  • Escalation matrix option.

Cons

  • In Auctions, RFPs, and events, make sure to enable suppliers to participate from their mobile devices so they can do so from anywhere in the world.

  • Document management.
  • Policy
  • The ROI can be easily achievable by gaining more savings Through the effective use of Events/RFP.
I loved the experience of using the Application.

Due to we are already using SAP ECC, we prefer to go with the Native app.

Auctions, Supplier onboarding, and preferred supplier management are much better in Ariba than in Old SAP versions.
