Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba

We use for vendor onboarding allowing the vendor to get control of their data and updates and indirect purchasing. We leverage catalog buy and spend analysis. The global team is responsible for setting up catalogs and contract and each business can create their own requisitions fitting the policy to guarantee compliance and drive cost reduction on our global purchasing porcess.

  • the interface works well

Cons

  • The SLP is buggy
  • the addoption is not simple
  • ECC integration is not the best
  • The cost reduction
  • Vendors discovery
It lacks usability, the adoption is not simple and the tool is in the slower side of the spectrun

The final product is good, it lacks usablitiy tha can help user adoption and configuration. The product need to be easer to configure and understand an dthe support team is not the faster. On the positive side is has a broad base of vendor in the business network and catalogs that can drive saving
