Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba

In our organization, We currently use SAP Ariba for Contracting and Services. Parent company is using Guided. Buying to place requisitions via catalogs and against contracts by creating contract terms.

In my opinion, contracting is clunky when sending to external system it allows for multiple related ids.

I gave SAP Ariba this usability rating because, in my opinion, SAP Ariba is Pretty simple to use and having ability to use workflow to approve contract requests and workspaces
