Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba

We use it for our procurement needs

Pros

  • Nice way to get new vendors and use for lifecycle management

Cons

  • Vendor with multiple bank account or address mgmt is a challenge
  • Procurement - commerce
  • Procurement - buying and invoicing
  • As long as the application is properly integrated with S/4, it can provide for good workflow
Challenges if not set-up for full security and vendor integration with S/4 - or where we have multiple addresses or bank accounts for a vendor....

Can be good with features to track diversity and inclusion information as well as spend analysis feed
  • Integration with Other Systems
Considered staying on former product but the SAP Ariba integration with S/4HANA was a key factor
