Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba

At [...], we use SAP Ariba for sourcing, supplier and catalog management and purchase orders. It helps manage the suppliers and various inventory that the staff can request / purchase including software and hardware.
We would like to explore how better to use SAP Ariba for SoW management.

Cons

  • Catalog management is very manual, we need to manually download the updates from SAP Ariba Business Network and then manually update it on our catalogs. Surely there must be better ways of doing this.

  • SAP Ariba has helped streamline the procure to pay process by making it easier to manage multiple suppliers and their products in one single place.
I'm very new to SAP Ariba, and it was very seamless and intuitive to start using the product when I first joined my organisation 3 months ago. Especially WalkMe helped me navigate various screens and forms with limited external input from colleagues.

SAP Ariba is easy to use and is available as a cloud solution which means we didn't have to worry about hosting our own instance.

SAP Ariba does really well for the main procure to pay processes. We like the WalkMe integration that allows end users to navigate across various screens and forms with ease. We are also excited to start using Joule by leveraging it's various use cases.
