Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

SAP Ariba [Procurement] is being used for procurement to pay process from vendor management, review, and approval to PO and invoice payment. The SAP Ariba [Procurement] suite integrates into the SAP software suite that serves as our ERP. SAP Ariba [Procurement] replaced an custom and legacy in-house vendor management and supplier management system that was being used to run management and invoice payment.

Our previously experience for procurement to pay process from vendor management, review, and approval to PO and invoice payment, was a custom built solution that was showing its age. The SAP Ariba [Procurement] suite integrated better into the SAP squire that serves as our ERP. This solution ended up being less upkeep with an improved end user experience.

[SAP] Ariba [Procurement] replaced a custom and legacy in-house vendor management and supplier management system that was being used to run management and invoice payment. If you are using a similar system that is an in house or a third party application that does not integrate natively into the SAP suite then Ariba could be for you.
