Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement
SAP Ariba so far has been a great platform for seamless procurement. There is a network created between the buyers and suppliers that makes it easier to find and get what you need for your business.
Pros
- It provides easy synchronisation with the ERP.
- The Integration Tool Kit Provision makes it very easy to transfer all required details and documents from the ERP.
Cons
- It could be a bit slow when processing data but that's about it.
- It has a fairly difficult customization process - So it could take divert time away from business tasks to communicate with the Ariba team regarding customization for the business or it changes.
