Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Network

I m currently responsible for supplier enablement and increasing e-invoicing rate in our organization. One of our recent issue was unreliability on PDF uploader, we have started to experience issues when partnership of SAP with cloudtrade was changed. Unfortunately we had to off-board many of our supplier due to re-occurring issues with the PDF uploader and very slow support via route of ticketing on Ariba connect. Otherwise I really like your products and happy that we decided to invest into more of your other solutions
  • Adding new solutions
  • Communicating changes in their products
  • Close collaboration (with NDL, Customer Success Manager)
  • Support via Ariba connect - slow resolution, asking questions that were already mentioned in the ticket
  • PDF uploader with Cloud Trade
  • increasing automation and human error
I agree with this statement, when we talk about big volume suppliers which are on the same page in their SAP solutions implementation journey.
Currently we are only in the beginning phases of implementation of supply chain relevant solutions
Improved e-invoicing, but we are only starting to implement supply chain solutions
Currently SAP Business Network is ahead of its competitors with e-invoicing solutions
