- Reporting functions aren't always as comprehensive as competitors
- Some products are expensive compared to other's on the market
- Sometimes hard to understand a true ROI in dollar values, we understand more time saved
- Some products have difficulty integrating non SAP data
- Products we have are user friendly and intuitive
