Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform
Robert Bosch is using the BTP for multiple use-cases, e.g. Side-by-Side developments with ECC and S/4 HANA on-prem. My own use-case is the PEPPOL SaaS solution offered on the BTP - SAP Document & Reporting Compliance PEPPOL Cloud service. Currently, we are migrating to the new BTP SAP DRC Cloud.
The PEPPOL SaaS on BTP was running ok. The error messages and the reporting functionalities were very limited which caused some problems and lengthy error support by our team. It's unfortunate that the testing functions for PEPPOL B2G invoicing are also not really well described as it can easily happen to send actual testing invoices to end-customers.
However, the set up of the SaaS was easy. Unlike the set up the of new SAP DRC Cloud on BTP where the migration ticketing process takes weeks to be done and no description on the usage of the solution by SAP. The SAP help is also not complete regarding this product on BTP as some use-cases like Statutory Reporting are missing.

- at the area of SAP DRC, the BTP SAP DRC Cloud proves to be much more costly than the alternative CPI or former SAP DRC PEPPOL Cloud even though, we, as customers need to do much more on our own.
