Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

SAP ABAP SAP Business Technology Platform environment service mainly.
We are using it for manufacturing and supply chain area services.

Pros

  • Availability
  • Scalability
  • Scaling

Cons

  • Integration with non SAP world
  • To many services with same purpose
  • I should not write but pricing
  • Sometimes it takes too long for SAP Steampunk prod instances to be patched and it is not possible for customers to decide about the time when the systems need to be upgraded, which is making things complex and not appreciated by the business
It claims for more then can be applied to the use cases that are just slightly deviating from the standard approach
I have seen and used at least one use case - Implementing SAP Event Mesh
