We use SAP Business Technology Platform for API management and starting to use it for Integration Suite. This is our main system to for future integration and development.

Ease of setting up new environments

Cons

Ever shifting architecture. Often find that what it is today is moved tomorrow.

Return on Investment

Gives a great filter for API's to ensure they are secure.

Usability

It is a good enabler but we struggle moving from where we currently are to where we want to be.

Support Rating

We have found that SAP support for SAP Business Technology Platform is very responsive and helpful. Issues we have encountered are resolved within a day.
