We are heavily investing in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) due to its extensive benefits across critical areas such as application development, analytics, integration, AI, and automation. We've developed numerous business cases for various clients, utilizing Build Workzone and Mobile Start Solution for mobility. Additionally, we've addressed many business challenges using CAPM and Build Process Automation. We've even harnessed the power of generative AI to develop our own copilots.

Mobile Start - We've developed numerous business cases for various clients, utilizing Build Workzone and Mobile Start Solution for mobility for PR/PO/ Invoice approval mechanism
GenAI - Developed our own Copilots in area of Code Generation / Verification also solving Finance GL Posting issue
AI / Automation / CPI - Developed Invoice process tool leveraging DOX / Build Process Automation which can read / verify PDF Invoice from mail and can park and post based on business rules

Cons

Joule functionality to be given to TDD systems so that partner can explore
Make Advanced Build Workzone Configuration a little less complicated, it should be plug and play like other services
May be making more easier to deploy AI model or more documentation in AI Core/ AI Launchpad may be in Orchestration part

Usability

It is easier to integrate with a lot of pre-build content and API Hub is good website, so SAP has given a lot of information regarding APIs/ Tools/ Connectors... hence made life of Architects/Developer easy.
